Aurélien Boucher founded the Technology and Data practice, after having started his career in 2013 in the firm’s Intellectual Property team.

With his team, he mainly advises and litigates in the fields of computer law, personal data law and internet law, in order to meet the high demands of the firm’s clients in the digital field, both for large French, German and international groups and for start-ups. More generally, the firm assists its clients in protecting and developing their digital activities and assets, and assists them in times of crisis with responsiveness.
