Michel Wolfer co-founded the firm in 1988. He assists German and French companies and their managers in civil and commercial litigation. He has developed special expertise in the implementation of judicial strategies between France and Germany.
Today he is principally involved in litigation concerning contractual and tortious civil liability and industrial risks, as well as press law and criminal business law.
He assists and represents his clients, both major industrial groups and insurers, at all the judicial and extra-judicial phases of their disputes.
