Anouk Darcet-Felgen

Of Counsel

Anouk Darcet-Felgen is of Luxembourg nationality and education and studied law in France. She has been an attorney at the Paris Bar since 1995 and at the Luxembourg Bar since 2017. After practicing for many years at the firm BMH AVOCATS, first as an associate and then, since 2001, as a partner, she joined the firm in 2026 as Of Counsel.

While continuing her work in the fields of industrial risks and construction law, she has gained a strong reputation in energy law. As an expert in the energy sector for over 20 years, Anouk Darcet-Felgen works in both litigation and advisory capacities for national and international actors in renewable energies (wind, solar, biomass/biogas, hydroelectric, geothermal), low-carbon hydrogen, and storage, providing practical solutions to issues that may arise at any stage of their projects.

Her thorough understanding of market challenges allows her to support her clients, both public and private, in their language, across all aspects of their operations.
