For most of the cases, the personal data communicated are identification data and data relating to professional life (first and last name, coordinates, professional address, function, etc.).

During the management of the cases entrusted by its clients, hw&h also processes personal data of third parties, especially contractual partners of its clients, persons against whom its clients have a dispute, and/or relating to multiple intervening parties (correspondents, experts, court officers, employees of administrative authorities, etc.).
The extent and the nature of the personal data collected varies from case to case. Most of the time, these personal data are information obtained from :
