A new distinction for Dominique Heintz

Just a few months after having received the Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany (Bundesverdienstkreuz) from the hands of the German Ambassador in Paris for his involvement in the French-German relationship, Dominique Heintz received on June 1st 2016 in Berlin during the General Assembly of the DAV (Deutscher Anwaltverein) the Honour distinction of the German Bar Association (Ehrenzeichen der Anwaltschaft) from the hands of its President, for his involvement in the relation between lawyers of both countries.
This is the first time since its creation that this distinction, which rewards two or three lawyers each year for their commitments, is awarded to a foreign lawyer.
