The partners of hw&h are pleased to announce that Gaëlle-Anne de Labriolle has become a partner on March 1, 2016.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, holding a Master II Degree in real-estate and construction law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and having completed a renowned program in French and German Law (Paris I-Cologne), she has been an Associate within hw&h since 2003.
With her team, Gaëlle-Anne provides legal services, combining advice and litigation, to French and foreign companies – in particular German firms – on all their real estate and environment-related legal needs.
Over the past years, she has developed a significant expertise in the field of commercial lease of any kind of assets. She has a substantive experience in the opening, managing and closing of store chains. Her skills also cover property development, construction, urban planning and environmental law.
