Beatrice Deshayes co-edits a Guide to good practices in civil judicial expertise in the European Union
- Flash newsAs a member of the executive committee of the European Expertise and Expert Institute (EEEI), Beatrice Deshayes has co-edited a Guide to good practices in civil judicial expertise in the European Union.
This work, published in French and in English, aims at identifying the potential convergence of the national judicial expertise systems and suggests concrete measures to improve the quality of judicial civil expertise in the European Union.
It is the result of the EGLE-Project (European Guide for Legal Expertise), initiated in 2013 and co-financed by the European Commission’s DG Justice.
