Céline has been a lawyer since 2001 and specialises in labor law.

Speaking German and English, Céline assists French companies as well as international groups, in particular German groups, with their labor law issues. She advises on pre-litigation matters, seeking amicable solutions and handles litigation.

Drawing on significant past experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, Céline has developed expertise in all areas combining corporate law and employment law, in particular corporate restructuring, transfer transactions and the status of company directors. In this way, she provides her clients with a highly operational view of employment law that is integrated into the company’s overall strategy.
