Fabrice Bauman joined the firm in 1993 and has been a partner since 2001. With his significant experience in M&A and restructurings, he today concentrates his activities around assisting French or international, notably German, companies with respect to complex «equity financing» transactions and disputes.

With his team he assists his clients, with whom he has developed solid and long-lasting relationships, at all pre-trial and litigation stages involving post-acquisition lawsuits and conflicts between shareholders. He also assists them in the implementation of partnerships and at the time of complex commercial litigation.
