Aurélien Boucher founded the Technology and Data practice, after starting his career in 2013 in the firm’s Intellectual Property team.
With his team, he mainly advises and litigates in the areas of IT law, personal data law and internet law, to meet the high demands of the firm’s digital clients, including major French, German and international groups and start-ups. More generally, he is committed to helping them protect and develop their digital activities and assets, and to providing them with responsive assistance in times of crisis.
