Educated in Germany, Béatrice Deshayes is Rechtsanwältin with the Cologne Bar and an attorney with the Paris Bar. She joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2009.

Bolstered by her complete knowledge of French and German law and markets, she assists, on the one hand, French clients with respect to matters connected to their activities in Germany and represents French firms and insurance companies in connection with litigation or at the pre-trial stage before German courts or in arbitration matters. Another facet of her activity is dedicated to German firms, their French subsidiaries and insurance companies in their disputes in France. She practices mainly with respect to matters concerning civil liability, defective products and industrial risks, as well as commercial litigation. She has developed solid ties with fellow French attorneys with whom she collaborates in respect of certain files and takes part on a regular basis in conferences and training programs in Germany.
